At Heenave, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental purchases

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and product images carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellations are no longer possible.
